Being the most Northerly area of the Orihuela Costa, Punta Prima is within walking distance to the large town of Torrevieja. This gives diners a huge choice of restaurants, whether you choose to remain in Punta Prima or venture further afield and discover some of the hidden gems Torrevieja has to offer. Restaurants in Punta Prima can be found along the Punta Prima strip that runs parallel to the N332 dual carriageway on the beach side of the road. Directly opposite the strip on the other side of the dual carriageway is the Punta Marina commercial centre that also offers a selection of restaurants. On the seafront and scattered around the urbanisation of Rocio del Mar are a few more restaurants to try while a short 5 minute drive away you can find the magnificent La Zenia Boulevard for more great restaurants.

For a great value, all day breakfast ( 8 items for 3€ ) the extremely popular Captain’s Table is the place to go. The restaurant also offers scrumptious fish & chips and has daily and weekly specials such as their Tuesday & Thursday steak night for 10€. Located on the upper floor of the Punta Marina centre. If you don’t have the time or the kids are starving after a day at the beach, there is a McDonald’s restaurant & drive through located on the ground floor of the Punta Marina centre

Punta Prima Seafront Restaurants

For seafront restaurants with fantastic views, the Nautilus restaurant offers an extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and are open from 9.00 am – Midnight. They also have a delivery service. Located on the seafront at the end of Av. de las Olas. Restaurant El Secreto offers an excellent choice of well presented international cuisine including their highly recommended steaks. Located just a short walk from the seafront on Calle Pleamar. For mouth watering Spanish cuisine including tapas, fresh seafood and an assortment of paella and rice dishes, try Manolo’s restaurant. Be prepared for a hectic atmosphere at lunch times, especially during the busy summer months, and your taste buds will be rewarded. Also located a short walk from the seafront on Calle Mar de Fondo.
